Terms of Service 1. Service description SportPas is a digital platform that gives employees access to partner venues (sports facilities, gyms, etc.) as a staff benefit paid by their employer. 2. Parties These terms apply to: - Employees using SportPas access granted by their employer - Employers purchasing SportPas access for their employees - Venue owners enrolled in SportPas as partners The commercial agreement between SportPas and employers/venues is governed by separate B2B contracts. 3. Use of the service You may only use SportPas for its intended purpose: accessing partner venues in accordance with your company agreement. You must not: - Share your access with others - Misuse the check-in function - Access venues outside the scope of your agreement 4. Availability We strive to keep the service available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for technical interruptions at third parties (including partner venues). 5. Limitation of liability SportPas is not liable for injuries, losses, or accidents arising from use of partner venues. Use of venues is at the user's own risk and subject to each venue's own rules. 6. Changes We reserve the right to amend these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice. 7. Governing law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall first be sought resolved by negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the court of jurisdiction is Retten i Aarhus. 8. Contact sportpas.dk@gmail.com
